The Indigenous of Mexico

In English we would call them, “The People of the Peaks”. The Zapote people are one of many indigenous groups that live in Mexico. Many groups still speak their original language, and some don’t even speak Spanish. But at the beginning of a pandemic in March of 2020, I found myself in an indigenous village in the heart of Mexico. This adventure would last almost three months. And in this place I would learn about the mission field and all the hard work necessary to reach people for the gospel.
